Hans came out and pumped our tank. He was in time and was a pleasure to talk too. He back flushed and cleaned my filter. He was the cheapest price around and did quality work.

Pumping your septic tank is not often on the top of your mind so it is so wonderful that Hans reminds you and shows up potentially saving you tens of thousands of dollars if your system failed.

My home loan lender was unclear about the septic inspection requirements, so I needed an inspection very suddenly. Calling Taplins turned out great. Hans was responsive, clear, willing to quickly get the inspection done and squeeze me in to the schedule, quickly provided the report, and has been helpful after the inspection, since my lender keeps asking odd questions. I'm very grateful, will be calling for service in the future.

Hans has helped us with issues at our commercial properties multiple times. He has been quick to respond, and while they have been unique situations and beyond your typical pumping, he resolved the issue quickly and efficiently.

I deeply appreciate the professionalism and good communication of Taplin's Septic! They gave me notice days ahead of time that my appointment needed to be pushed back a couple of hours and were able to give me an invoice on the day of service. Paid invoice actually, since I gave a check to the driver and got the receipt of payment right then!The driver gave me detailed advice about how to manage our septic system once I explained that we recently moved into the area and have always had municipal sewer before. I'm also very glad that the driver had been vaccinated and showed up fully clothed and not smoking! (None of which were true with the first septic company I had come out.)
