Been going here for years usually to sell things out of desperation and although you won't get the Sales price for your item the staff will try there best to help you out if they can. Been recently switching to purchasing stuff and just like when it comes to selling the staff try there best to ensure top quality assistance and customer service. Even if they don't get it right the first time they are always willing to do what it takes to make it right. That's how you stay in business during these tough economic times. Great place for electronics and gaming consoles. Their return policy is easy and makes buying worry free. My son was easily able to modify a system and he’s really enjoying his new games at a fraction of what he would have paid new. Thanks so much for great service ! We will be back!

My wife recently had a browse at this location, and returned home very happy. Customer service is everything. We've used the Barrie location many times, and we love the service. Happy to say she came home raving about the excellent customer service she received at the Newmarket location this week. We have never had a bad experience with Hock Shop Canada!
