I have been a client of Sherrie at the White Rock office since 2015. She is the absolute best. Tax time is not fun for anyone and Sherrie is able to make my experience as easy and painless as possible. She is incredibly knowledgeable in her field and so personable as well. Kudos to Sherrie and the rest of the team at this office for making my tax experience exceptional.

I was amazed at the professionalism of the man who had helped me. He organized my taxes for the past 5 years in a single sitting without any delay. I highly recommend H&R block to anyone unsure on what to do or if feeling overly stressed by organizing taxes.

The person we saw had great tax knowledge and was professional and polite. Even though it’s tax time , we were able to book a time to go in that worked well for us and was very soon after calling for the appointment.

This branch did my taxes for 2013 and made a significant error. I only found out about this error yesterday from CRA when I discovered I owed 1500. CRA contacted this branch multiple times over the course of 4 years for a statement. CRA wanted cross-reference the return processed by HR to their re-assessment. H and R completely ignored the simple request of mailing a statement. Stay away from these imbeciles.

I have been going to this H&R block Location for years. My Last tax Year I met Christal Pendleton she was excellent, she helped my wife and I sort and file our taxes and provided excellent service. I highly recommend Christal she is a true professional.

I was quoted a price for pick up, on the 27, I didn’t get here till April 6, upon paying the price went up $20 between phone call and pick up. They changed their prices on the 1st, but failed to mention that. I started coming here 28 years ago, I WON’T be back! I’m on a fixed budget, and can’t afford to be ripped off

The South Surrey office in Semiahmoo Mall provided me excellent service. I was able to make a same day appointment to complete my taxes! Natalia was knowledgeable and straight forward. In no time at all she had my taxes done and e-filed! I've been coming to this office for years now and have always been very satisfied with the service, even when I have had to pay tax and not get a refund. Thanks again.

We have been getting our complicated taxes done at the White Rock branches of H&R Block . Sherrie Lofthouse (Canadian taxes) and Gracie (USA taxes) are awesome - smart, efficient and friendly.

Worst service, and then told to do it myself but was charged 400.00 for the minimal service provided - had to ask for and remind consultant of options - will never use service again.
