I am adding to this review as I had this work completed at summers' end 2020 and did not use the trailer until this summer, 2021. Now the first I have used it, I found the some of the electrical is not working, the bathroom light, CO detector and bathroom exhaust fan. All systems worked great before the trailer was taken to Champs except battery power. One of the things they were requested to check was the battery and electrical system as I wasn't getting any battery power. I just wanted to be sure it was a bad battery and not something in the electrical system or charging system. I previously had installed a disconnect on the battery feed that was operated by a key. When I picked up the trailer they said they removed the disconnect as it was faulty? Not sure why it was removed as it worked fine and still actually works once reinstalled. Not sure what is wrong with my bathroom light, fan and CO detector, hopefully just a fuse. Just seems strange these are not working after they had worked on the system.I recalled Amir to let him know about my electrical problems and that I was still very unsatisfied with their work and service. He told me I was just a complainer and they have great ratings. Maybe they write their own reviews because what I experienced is very poor service and workmanship. Amir's reply about how much time they spent working on the trailer and what did I expect?? I never once said I wanted them to spend as little time as possible or a cheaper price. I wanted good work and paid what was quoted and advised by them, they were supposed to be the experts.I edited and updated this post because I don't want others to have the same experience I had.This is my original review in 2020. I called this company and they assured me they could provide a faster and better service at a decent cost. They were to check the gas (propane) system, repack the wheel bearing, check the undercarriage and check the roof and all seals as they had not been done before. Everything seemed to go well, Amir advised the roof would need to be resealed and everything would be good. Picked up the trailer and when I got back to town I took a ladder out to check the roof and found they had sealed most but not all vents and roof equipment fasteners and openings. All along the edge where the roof material is attached to the trailer was not done and it appeared to be peeling and required sealing as well. There were gaps in the sealant they applied and I took pictures of all and sent to Amir and called him. He said they only were sealing the roof, if I wanted more than that I would have to schedule and pay for that. Apparently all along the edge of the roof is not the roof!!!!! I told him, they were supposed to be the experts and when I asked them to check all the seals and recommend what was needed, I expected it to be complete. He offered to do the work for a discount. This is not acceptable.

This was our second time trying to give this company a chance. We decided to wait a year to re apply as he now had a used trailer on his lots for 18,750 this was priced on kijiji and on their website which seemed more reasonably priced and practical then a new trailer for us. We loved the trailer so decided to re apply on Jan 2/19. I had set up an appointment to meet with him at 3pm that day, but we were able to come earlier. so i messaged letting him know that we were going to come in earlier. he then let us know that by 3 he was heading on a flight....not letting me know this knowing we originally had a meeting for 3pm and would have literally showed up and no one would be there. So when we sat down I re asked if he was going to be serious about this and work to get us an approval. as it seems he gets very distracted and cant stay on course and disregards any questions asked. he then tells me that he wants everyone to get approved. I then said ok and we went thru thinking it would be different from the first time we attempted with this company. I was wrong! It took them 2 WEEKS to get back to us with approval, first excuse was they were back logged from xmas, the next was it will take a week and so on and so fourth. we then let them know we were heading to cuba and would we hear before we went on our trip. they said probably during and that they would text us. it wasent till Jan 12/19 when we texted them while we were on our vacation to ask if we got approved. again he said to call him. i said we cant we are still on vacation you said you would let us know if we were approved and would message us. He then tells us we were conditionally approved and would need income verification. Jan/15/19 we let them know we are coming by to give income verification, we come in and unprofessionally he is sitting on his computer during our meeting looking at flights for his family and disregarding any questions we had about the trailer. we left him with our income and waited until Jan/18/19 to hear if the approval was final. he then tells me we only got approved for a certain amount and not enough for the trailer. during our process he constantly told me he had another buyer. On Jan/21/19 i let him know we have a co signer so we can get the full amount required. I relooked at their website and kijiji and the price of the trailer was still 18,750.Then the morning jan/22/19 i re look and the price now states please contact on both kijiji and their website. so i wanted him to answer questions he disregarded prior 1) how much would we be looking at payments for the trailer with no add ons 2) what does our co signer need as she has perfect credit 3) is the price still the same 4) what was the bank that would accept for the full amount with a co signer.He then let me know the price is now 22,900 and again that someone was interested in the trailer. I then messaged him by text and let him know that i will be taking our business elsewhere. He then called me and try's to make excuses and that he let us know he would keep the price the same. I then asked him then why would you tell me the price is now 22,900. I let him know he would rather someone walk in with perfect to no work and get approval then to have to put work in getting someone approved. His business is shady, his customer service is so poor as we even gave this company a second chance. I do not recommend anyone to go here unless you want him to ding your credit and drag you thru the mud and waste your time discussing what ever in his life and avoiding all business questions. Their lack of communication and poor business ethics I am not sure how this company even sells trailers except the fact what we see is their pricing is defintley reduced compared to other companies. but clearly service is POOR and lack their off.

Would never deal with them bad attitude and high prices on fixing. Charge by hour but works on two at a time so paying for 2 many hours

Amir was very helpful and accommodating when I had an urgent roof repair needed. The technician Mike really knew his stuff and did a phenomenal job repairing the roof of our tent trailer. Very glad I don’t need to panic every time it rains anymore!

I had my bearings repacked from this place. A great service experience for me. Friendly, personable staff as well. I drove out here from Calgary, and will do it again with no hesitation. From inner city Calgary it is not more than 60 minutes.

Where to start. I was honestly blown away at the exceptional service Amir and his wife provided. I highly recommend Outdoor Champs and here's why:Superior product and outstanding customer service. No really, the product line is next level. I took 3 years of research and due diligence before pulling the trigger. I saw Outdoor Champs at the RV show and that's when I decided that North Trail is the trailer for me. Great insulation, king size bed and porcelain toilet. That's not something you get unless you go past 8000lbs dry.Customer service. Amir went the extra mile to accommodate us. He was patient and very friendly. He took his time and answered all our questions and more. He even stayed late to wait for us. Now, this is something you won't get at any other large RV dealership.No hidden fees or costs. Outdoor Champs was honest and to the point. I like that the owner is the sales guy, service guy, finance manager and parts manager. Nothing better than dealing with the owner. As a business owner myself I always push to support local small businesses.Outdoor Champs you have a customer for life. Here's to our new trailer and supurb customer service!!!

We purchased a fifth wheel last fall from Amir and he never diclossed there was a mice infestion in the trailer. When we took it out on our first trip we notice mice droppings in the lights and the smell of mice urine. We ended up pulling the whole roof down and removing mulipe mice nests that have been there years. Very disapointed and will never return for future business or recommand them to anyone, as there is no way they didnt know about the mice infestion if they do any kind of inspections on their trailer.

Amazing shop! Amir is straightforward, knows what he’s doing, and provides great customer service. Their turnaround time is excellent and their prices are very reasonable. Would definitely recommend!

We recently purchased a new trailer from Amir and his service was excellent. He never pushed us to take anything we didn't want to, and was very knowledgeable on the trailer and it's features. Financing was a breeze and was fully completed in 2 hours. I would definitely return in the future.

What an amazing dealership to do business with! Just bought a new toy hauler, the process was easy and fast! Added a lot of extras and everything was a1 when I picked up! Amir, Mike, and Mansura are amazing people that care and are all great at what they do! Thanks guys!!!
