Staff are always friendly professional and are always able to help you locate exactly what your looking for . The store is well stocked and is always clean . Your usually met as soon as you walk in with a friendly smiling cosmetics associate who always grwats you with hello and how are you today. I love the fact that they hire part time students as it gives them work experience while at a young age. It really does help after they havd finished high school college or university

This is my neighborhood Shoppers. So many times their pricing is wrong or items are in the wrong place. To get that corrected takes time and the manager isn't the friendliest. Old tags are up, price comes up too high. Item is on sale, not the right tag. Extra Optimum points tag, already expired. Its just frustrating and haven't experienced this in other stores.

I love the place tons of parking very open, lots of stores, everyone there is really friendly. One thing I wish they had was some outdoor seating when you have food or just need a small break. Other then that it's a great place I have no problems with it.

EVERYTIME I walk in the blonde lady at the cosmetics is on her phone! Is she not supposed to be working?! Doesn’t even lift her head. Also the last time I was there an elderly lady that works there was checking out and the girl at the cash asked her if she wanted her to do her ‘bag check’ she declined saying so and so was doing it. Well her and so and so walked out together -cigarette hanging out of her mouth - like they were friends. I found odd. It would have been very convenient for the young lady at cash to do so as her bag was right there. Personally I dont agree with ‘bagcheck’ because if you don’t trust your employees and cameras then you shouldn’t be staffing them!!! Pharmacist was a great man! Tall blonde older man. Very friendly and attentive.

This plaza is very convenient. Has more than what I need. The gym Omega fitness is great lots of equipment. Metro has all the fresh food you need. And so many more stores.

It's great that it's open till midnight but they totally ignore the cash and expect you to use self-checkout

Love shopping at this shoppers the staff are some of the best employees I've seen working. They take time with their customers. They can laugh and joke with us like we are part of their family. They never rush anyone and make you feel like your the only customer in the store

Has a great little pizza spot in there a comic store corner store and a couple other places it's attached to metro grocery store there is also a bank across from it in same parking lot makes things easier
