Great workout, the name fits! Denise inspires us for sure! Candyce and Denise, the operators create a comfortable, fun, safe environment for all levels of fitness. The sound system is great too! Thanks gals!

Denise and Candyce are very welcoming to people of all skill levels, ages, and fitness levels. The classes are high energy and FUN without costing a lot.

Inspire Me Fitness
I live in Mission, stay in Vancouver a couple of nights each week, and travel a lot for work. I take Zumba classes in all of these places, but Inspire Me Fitness is my very favourite. Most of the music is really good (Ed Sheeran, tho? Please kill me.), the intensity level is perfect and, as other have said, the group feels like family. Wish I could go here every night!

Great classes, a lot of fun. Too bad about the schedule changes due to the move to Cooper Hall. But I love the new space. Miss the old string classes with Courtney.

Inspire Me Fitness
Went last night for my first Zumba class ever! The instructors were very fun and the room had such a great energy. I had an amazing time, will definitely be back!
