Not only did the prints look better than any other print shop I've used in the city, but they were able to do them incredibly fast and on super short notice. The team is also very friendly. Will definitely use again for all my future print projects.

Woman in front is extremely disrespectful. I was on my way to a meeting and needed some documents printed. She turned me down, telling me that she is too busy and that I should go to Staples as it would be too expensive for me to print there... I am a general contractor and I drive a limited addition Chrysler 300 , money is definitly not an issue. I strongly feel that I was so disrespected because I am a visible minority.Awful service. I strongly recommend that the person greeting clients should be replaced.

I had a fantastic experience, went to them with a fairly complicated print that I have had difficulties with at other places. They got it done very soon and also when I saw it it was even better than I had expected! The pricing was also great. I would highly recommend them.

The Lady in the front at the customer service is very bad and disrecpectful...i was recommanded by someone to go there for an urgent print. She talked to me like a garbage..Who are you ? what do you want ? ..you can't see Barry..very arrogant..i don t know avoir thé business staff..but this lady need To learn customer service how To great people. and not To ne arrogant with customer.

I made the switch from Staples to Nancy Poirier printing a couple years ago (for my convention prints), and honestly, wish I had done it sooner. They are wonderful to work with and give all the care and attention you hope from in a small business. I can be a bit fussy and appreciate how understanding they've been at answering any questions I have to put me at ease. I can't tell you how many times Staples has given me mediocre prints (like, a line through half of them)/gotten my order wrong- I've yet to experience that with NPP. Highly recommend.
