Fish was crisp and hot on the outside and completely frozen on the inside. I then ordered the chilli poutine which lacked chilli and was overloaded with extremely salty gravy. While the waitress was friendly and empathetic, her inexperience was quite apparent. When the bill came, she said that the fish & chips price was still on the bill and actually asked me if I wanted to change it to the poutine. Well of course I did since I didn’t end up eating the fish dish and the poutine was slightly cheaper. What bothered me was that I was still charged the meal even though it was a major (and amateur) mistake on the chef’s end. Not even dessert was offered for the mistake and inconvenience. It’s my first time at a Wild Wings restaurant and it’ll be my last. Imagine if I had chicken wings and that mistake was made. Salmonella, anyone?!

We went here out of pure convenience based on it's location and it ended up being the worst place we've ever been to. We went there just before 2pm on a Sunday. There was one waitress and apparently only one cook. When we got there we were the only people there (aside from two people sitting at the bar). The waitress was quick to take our order but it took her forever to bring our drinks. The pops were 3/4 ice. I had asked her for a refill on my drink when she had a moment. She acted like me asking for a refill was too much for her and made sure I knew that she was the only waitress and that she was busy delivering food (she wasn't). Half our table got our food about 45 minutes in, and the other half of our table got their food an hour after the first half had been delivered... One of our family members order had clearly been forgotten about and we had to ask where it was. She said there was only one cook, but we saw two men standing outside the kitchen for quite some time while we were waiting for our food...Our food was cheap, and by that I mean cheaply made. I ordered a chicken buger that was just ground chicken, not breast with kraft single cheese, not even real cheese. The fries weren't even good.We were there for over 2 hours and only got out that soon because we had to go up and ask for our bill. Our waitress only came to our table when she needed to deliver food and even then was gone before you could ask for anything, like cutlery. She remained behind the bar, eating for 95% of our time there. Despite writing down our order she didn't actually listen to what we were ordering because there were errors. There are SO many better options to eat at on St. Paul St. Huge mistake on our part.

Extremely disappointed in this restaurant. Went here with my family for a night out and our food was not only cold when it arrived but my nephew’s and sisters chicken finger were literally RAW and received absolutely no compensation on our bill. When complaining about the food being cold, our server told us they could put the food back into the microwave or oil fryer to “heat it up” after it had been on our table and touched (public health concern???). Not only this but the service was brutally slow. It took us 30 minutes of waiting to receive the bill, let alone there was absolutely no compensation or discount. There was no manager on site to speak to us so we told our server we will pay for drinks and come back to deal with the bill once a manager was present. However, she threatened to call the police on us even after offering to leave our IDs. There was absolutely no accountability on the restaurant’s end. Strongly recommend not going to this restaurant!

The food is pretty decent! Usually not a long wait. One of the maple barbecue wing sauces is pretty good. Sometimes our server forgets to bring cutlery, but I guess thats understandable because most people just order wings and don't use cutlery. This place is a bit more expensive than most bars with wings.

I ordered the spicy burger, the jalapeño poppers, their seasoned fries and the white chocolate raspberry cheesecake. The burger I will probably say was the best burger I’ve ever had. Not because it was delicious, but because it wasn’t soggy. The ace bun was perfect I. Size as the toppings and burger didn’t drip over the edges, and it was nice and crisp and super fresh. I have never once received a burger that wasn’t atleast partially soggy or dry and stale. So because of that wonderful bun, I give this 4/5 stars. The burger itself was bland and unseasoned. It would have been infinitely better divided into two smash Pattie’s, or mixed by hand with seasonings. This burger was not anything so special that it couldn’t have been seasoned even a little, or atleast cooked over fire so it had a charred characteristic to its bland bland bland profile. They opted to leave the patty unmixed likely to show they used fresh ground beef, the brain like landscape of the burger patty was the only texture available since it had absolutely nothing from the cooking process. Which made the burger uncomfortable to eat. For a spicy burger it was quite bland. For a burger at all it was quite bland. The fries were fine, I ate two but will use the left overs for my lunch tomorrow, I’ll season them and then air dry them so they aren’t dry soggy chips. And yes they resemble a British chip more so than a fry, which is fine. The poppers were crunchy which is nice when the alternative is soggy, and by now we’ve established how much I detest soggy food.BUT WHY IN GODS NAME WOUKD ANYONE PAIR A JALAPEÑO POPPER WITH FLIPPING RANCH? I mean come on it is hated by 50% of the population. Is that really a risk a place of profit should be making? To have it be an option is understandable, but to make it the ONLY option? Atleast give alternatives like a pico de gallo, marinara, sour cream, or dill dip, he’ll maybe even a blackened ranch? But ranch dressing? I’m sick just thinking about the bite I had to attempt just to write this review honestly. The cheese cake was good. Atleast the tip was good because that’s where the white chocolate shaving was and the only raspberry swirl was in the very top. After that tasty bite it was a white mush with an underwhelming choco crumb crust. The crust wasn’t soggy and it wasn’t crispy or textured, I only knew it was there because I have eyes.Maybe swirl the raspberry mix through the cake? Try a different crumb base? Or maybe add more chocolate curls so that it can act as a means of texture so that it’s not just a bite of pasty mush? Maybe an offer for a side sauce to add flavour or something? A coconut sauce, a raspberry coulis, or a white chocolate sauce? Just not fkn ranch please. If it wasn’t for the bun I’d give this place a 2/10.

Went on Tuesday lunch for wing special (half price single order wings with drink). Texas honey were very flavourful. Wings on Fire were deliciously hot, made me sweat a little! Fries or salad included, as were veggies and dip. Service was great. Portions were generous. Prices have not increased since pre-covid (yet?)! Parking was pretty busy, but very reasonable at $2 for an hour.

Had some great wings and honey garlic tenders with kettle chips. Our bartender Mairi was very attentive. We’ll be back again next time we’re in town.

I have been to this wild wing last night and I had a horrible experience. we ordered butter chicken wings and Hot wings they said they have a deal going on for Boneless and we ordered that and the wings served were stale chicken on which they have this deal. First, they get it changed and bought another stale one we didn't have it and I was so hungry that I had salad on the side. I'm going to escalate this and the manager wasn't there and we heard the lady who served had a chat with the manager but the manager said to tell them I'm not answering my phone. such a pathetic food and experience I would suggest everyone not to visit this location at all and I'm going to take action against this manager.
