I have dealt with them on 3 projects, specifically Charlie. I have always had a good experience. He was easy to deal with and when he gave me a delivery date, it was accurate. That being said, it’s Covid. There will be some delays but people expect too much. Things are delayed in every industry. We need to stick together and support local family owned business. I look forward to working with Charlie again on my future projects.

I was very happy with the service that was provided by rajbir. Communication was very easy and everything was always delivered on time. I would highly recommend.

They've got great doors, better prices than other competitors and much better service. They make you feel valued, even if your order is rather small. They also accommodated our tight timelines, which was really helpful.

I worked with Charlie for my home renovations. Doors were delivered rather before than the committed date. Very happy with overall quality of the doors and the customer service!

AVOID THIS COMPANY*I used APNA doors AKA Cambridge doors for my south surrey build. They keep changing their name as they keep ruining reputations with builders and suppliers!!I was planning on using this company for all of my doors, but I got rid of them and decide to use another company for the interior doors. It took them 4 MONTHS for them to deliver the 2 doors I ordered. After waiting 4 months they delivered the wrong size garage entry door. I was dealing with Charlie and HARLEEN JAGPAL. I went into the show room to talk to Harleen but she wasn't in so the office called her. I explained to her my situation and how they delivered the wrong door and she took no responsibility and was extremely rude on the phone even to the point she was swearing and hung up!Very bad customer service and they will delay your projects. Do not use this company!

I brought doors, hardware and mouldings from Apna doors. Quality work & Friendly Staff , They've Got Lots of variety for selection . It was really a good business experience working with this company.

My experience with Apna Doors, first time client.I called on March 24 to order 3 closet doors for a rental house which had to install before March 31.Over the phone I was told the doors would have been ready in 2 days, I paid over the phone and so far so good.Long story short after various calls, on March 30 finally they tell me to come after 1pm because the doors are ready for pick up but since I had work I went the morning after on March 31st..and guess what? I went there in the morning and after 20min waiting I am told to come back later because the glue is not dry...After almost a day from the moment that the doors should have been ready the glue is not dry? Anyway first lie.So since was their fault they said they would have my doors delivered for free in max 2 hours.I waited and called the whole day and I didn’t receive the doors.(another lie)The day after on April 1st same thing, they promised me the doors would have been delivered in the morning and didn’t happen.After a long conversation to understand why I am told lies, I am told that 100% the doors will be delivered on April 2nd at 9am as first delivery of the day, and I was shocked by their delays and lies but I was like ok just give me my damn doors!Cherry on the cake, they were closed on April 2nd!!!!! So after all this delays and lies and 15 calls, this is the treatment to a client, another lie!! They promised the 100% delivery in the morning when they knew they were closed!!!! Like what’s wrong with you guys?End of story? I had to pay the carpenter for coming a few times when there was no doors, renters paid less rent because of no closet doors, wasted 2 weeks and hrs at home waiting for an inexistent delivery.Worse customer service ever, all this days not even a courtesy call to say “hey we are not delivering even if we said we are” instead of waiting and waiting.After all this mistakes, delays and lies this doors should have been discounted but never heard from the management.

Apana Doors did an awesome job on all the doors we purchased for our new home.Our Sale Rep was Charlie. He did an excellent job ordering the doors we wanted. When ever we need him to come our to the new home he would be there on time, he listened to what we wanted.I would not only recommended Apna Doors I highly recommend that you ask for Charlie for door purchases..

Brilliant service provided by Rajbir, he went out of his way to double check the sizes I provided him. Also he got the doors to me within 2 days of placing the order. Then there was problems with delivery but Rajbir went out of his way and delivered the doors at the original stated date/time. I would recommend this company.
