Highly rude and unprofessional staff .Always try to make excuses rather than delivery thing .last time could not send dashcam they said it may have lithium battery but it does not have any. Before that I want to send vitamins they refused.Even their manager is rude to did not answer questions

They should all be fired. And people who can fo the job without striking should be hired.Greedy workers. Your job is as easy as it gets. Be grateful you get more than minimum wage.

Thursday February 10th, I came in with over 30 packages to be shipped to various place in the USA. Darren and Bart took them off my hands and handled my shipments in record time.Excellent Service quality and getting the Job done was the name of the game here. Couldn’t have asked for better!

Front end staff are very rude and condescending, I went in with a sunny disposition and a friendly hello and was treated like something stuck on their shoe. I'll go to shoppers locations from now on i guess. Strange because my regular mail delivery guy is top notch and personable.
