Overall experience was great. Happy with my truck. Mackenzie is nice and very helpful and likely to become a friend of mine. The rest of the associates are nice, cheery and helpful. Would have given 5 stars if Champion Chevrolet had been more negotiable on price.

My experience started off very well with kindness from everyone. When my vehicle showed up without features stated in the build sheet Champion Chev provided/sold the vehicle based off of, the nightmare began. When I expressed my dissatisfaction/concerns I was threatened to receive poor/lesser service whether it be regular services or warranty work if I was to slam" Champion via Google review. I was lied too
