I like the team here very much.I had to go twice lately to deal with a rattle. They were very concerned and made sure there were no safety issues.The visit was short and they had me back on the road quickly.

Generally good first experience. Staff we very friendly and the loaner car process was super straightforward. There was a little confusion as to how long the repair would take, which meant I sat in the waiting room for a while. Waiting room leaves quite a bit to be desired.

Great service. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I used the app to describe the issue and a technician answered my questions promptly, even on Sunday evening. Service was done as prescribed and within estimate, which I could monitor through the Tesla app. I was offered a Model X to test drive while waiting.Great experience overall.

Tesla does not take responsibility for any damage they do to your car while it's in their possession. They smudged my headliner while driver pillar B was being repaired. Tesla denies everything. Take video of your car before going for your servicing. Going elsewhere as I don't trust them anymore.

Good and bad. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Tesla does not take responsibility for any damage they do to your car while it's in their possession. My 2021 M3 was there for 3 weeks waiting for a part. They put a scratch down to bare metal in one of the doors. I'm out $900 to get it repaired at my own expense.

Went into Carling service centre for some info about my M3 with reservations. Kelley helped make my visit heads and shoulders above what I've experienced at past dealerships. She is extremely friendly and I immediately felt welcome. Her honesty and knowledge of policies helped put my mind at ease. The rest of the staff is also quick to respond and always willing to listen to concerns.

This is the first time I used this Tesla service center for my 2021 Model 3. Service is excellent and time estimate of work completion is accurate. Rate is reasonable. Service advisors are very friendly. The service technician paid attention to fine details and it shows. I am very impressed (which does not happen too often).

2021 Model Y had a front left suspension/steering linkage noise. Booking the appointment was painless once I figured out how. They were very friendly, they found and repaired other issues with the car that I didn't know about (my wife drives it 90% of the time, and afterwards she said oh yeah
