Amazon Locker - Hotshot

Extremely angry with the Amazon driver when delivering my package the driver threw my package across the lawn into the snow instead of walking up to my doorstep (driveway and pathway was shoveled and salted) so there was no excuses for the driver to throw my package like that I'm so glad that I didn't have anything fragile in there hope the driver gets written up for this.

Amazon sent a text message telling me thay were sending me $12.14 back to me for over payment this was over 2 weeks ago still have not received any thing from them , and my last order thay sead it would be here at my address by April 13 the seller sead it was shipped but thay don't know where it is or why it's not here , now thay amazon sent me a not her text telling me I will not get the order till may 6 th wow , I am now believe that this is a scam 12.14 plus my order of 23.95 all because I will not pay 75 dollars for your Prime there's I don't need prime I don't order that much from you so why would I pay for something. I am on disability and only get so much to live on amazon just likes to take take and take and if I don't pay for prime then thay put a slow on order's and I just may not get my order at all .

Every Amazon order that I’m waiting on that ends up in the Langley warehouse never leaves! They always just sit there, which causes Amazon to refund my orders and then I either have to order again and hope it doesn’t go through this warehouse or order something else. It’s extremely frustrating when people rely on these deliveries and then they don’t get them.
