The rear fire bricks on my 22 year old Regency Wood Stove were disintegrating...I stopped in to Wilk's Stove new location at Hillside and Quadra. (lots of convenient parking, by the way).They hadn't moved in yet, so weren't open for business, but Amy took the time to help me out and set me up with three replacement bricks.I sure appreciated her help...I will go back on their opening day, Jan 3, 2023 to order a complete replacement set. The fine folks at Wilk Stove took excellent care of me through the process of replacing an old gas fireplace unit with a new one; from beginning to end the entire team was helpful, quick, and genuinely lovely in our short check-in chats. Living as I do in a strata building, I needed lots of information beforehand and Wilk was not only able to provide the exact and detailed notes needed for records, but provided a contact number for further strata questions and an assessment of the building’s particular needs that proved useful in approval (and perhaps the future of fireplaces in our units). Their follow-up work when a fan was making noise showed the whole team’s dedication to customer service: even when I was too busy to follow up they kept the records straight and made sure the issue could be fixed for me. I knew at the outset that choosing an established and respected name like Wilk to get this project done would save me stress, and I wasn’t let down! Thanks to all for the friendly service and fantastic fireplace.

We went to Wilk Stove and met Emma...She was awesome. She introduced us to the team and we ended up having installed a wonderful fireplace. We are warm, comfortable and really impressed with the quality of the product and the professional installation. This is the only place to go for professional assistance for your wood heat needs....We are delighted.

We bought a wood stove more than 15 years ago and have been using steadily it as our main source of heat.  We had a small problem with the door, meanwhile the stove could still be used. We spoke about it to Amy and she ordered a new door, new glass, all at no cost to us.  Great warranty and service.  They went over and beyond  what we expected! Our stove still looks like when first used, and we count on using it many more years.

Was looking to convert an older wood stove to something more modern. Staff were exceptional, providing me with advice and all the options available. Great Service.

I’m so thankful to have chosen Wilk Stove to replace my gas fireplace. I had received three other quotes (similar price range), but Wilks just gave me the most confidence right off the bat. Exceptional service throughout the entire process – product is amazing and the staff are genuinely friendly and highly knowledgeable. Due to a fault of my own, I had an issue with the fireplace but it was resolved in two hours from the time I called. Recommending to others and will go to them again for future work.

We bought a summit wood stove from Wilk Stove ten years ago and when we decided to buy our pellet stove for our upstairs living room we went back to them again. The ladies in the office were very helpful with helping us choose the best stove for our needs. They took care of having the chimney sweeper come out and the two gentlemen that came to do the install were friendly, quick and efficient. They went over how to run the stove and clean it out and how to store the pellets so they stay dry.We are very pleased with the service and the stove that we had installed. Tim, Darren and Scott did a great job installing our fireplace -- the first gas appliance in our 105-year-old house. They were knowledgeable, friendly, answered all our questions, and even went above and beyond by painting our new vent cover. Bonus, I love anybody who lays down a drop cloth. 100% recommended.

Although we have had some issues with our Fireplace. The customer service and professionalism is unmatched. Wilks has continued to provide such great support and our warm family could not be happier! Thanks again Emma and Cassie !!!

Our experience with Wilk Stove has been amazing. The staff are very helpful and transparent. They were on site for the initial consult, pre-install check of our tile, and the actual install - each time they were very thorough and answered all the questions we had. I highly recommend Wilk Stove!
