We had our audit done through EnviroCentre, and they also dealt with the city's Better Home Loan program with us.Yes, for both of those things they were pretty backed up and busy. But dealing with government programs usually does that. These people have always been polite and friendly and eventually got it all sorted out in our case!

Had a pretty solid experience with EnviroCentre during our home energy audit experience. I wrote a *ton* of emails to them asking questions and Scott always provided a detailed explanation. It really helped us pick between the various potential renovations that we have to do (and avoid ones, like window replacement, which would not have a big impact on our bills or footprint). They definitely went through a period where it was hard to get ahold of people, I am chalking that up to them being overwhelmed by the public interest and general staffing issues that are facing every business in the current context, but in my recent interactions, I have found them prompt and responsive.

Scott Meyer and Envirocentre have been very helpful to work with as I have started the work to reduce the energy usage and carbon footprint of a 100 year old house. Scott is extremely knowledgeable and professional - and genuinely cares about improving climate. He is also patient and willing to take the time to ensure his clients have the best chance for success. Several times, he has spent more than 30 minutes with me on the phone - helping talk through the priority order for upgrade work, helping navigate the complex and changing landscape of the incentive programs that are available, and walking that fine line of providing helpful pointers, while being impartial with respect to 3rd party contractors and suppliers.
