My tenants left me with a $1500 hydro bill because they did not tell me the toilets were leaking. Tony from Royal Flush installed 2 new toilets for me. He was able to write a letter to my hydro provider and explained how the toilets were leaking. I was credited the full $1500 on my hydro bill! Very pleased customer!!!! Tony was also very practical and realistic at explaining his services.

Never judge a book by its cover. The owner sounded rough over the phone but he was able to resolve our plumbing issue which was related to hot water that nobody previously was able to figure out.This guy is highly capable of figuring out the problem and provide you with the most effective and best option available as a customer.I was very pleased with his service honesty and directness.Would highly recommend to anyone looking for plumbing related issues.

I am a plumber in the fraser valley. I have never done any work with or for this company. I do however notice a trend of 5* which is awesome. For those who use reviews as a way to decide on a contractor,if someone throws down a 1* with a one or 2 sentence complaint, it is usually a lie. I just liked the name of this company and happened to read reviews. Good work guys keep it up. A lot of plumbers have bad reps out here in Fraser Valley because a good number of contractors have 15 apprentices and one person with an actual ticket. Needless to say.. mistakes are made lol.

Called a few companies to inquire about my boiler error code. Tony was the only person who could provide a ballpark estimate. The others just wanted to send their guys without estimates. Even Tony’s hourly rate wasn’t the cheapest I went with him. He was straight forward and played no games. He even helped me with the warranty claim on the defective part.
