A great mortgage rate is not all a bank is required to offer to get clients, they need to follow up with amazing service and NATHAN MACDONALD delivered . With a first initial phone contact on a Monday to having all the paperwork ready and sent to my lawyer by the following Monday we were able to secure and close with no issues. He sent me a email list of all the documents he required prior to our meeting on Tuesday then followed up with a text or phone call to let me know where he was in the process. Nathan is very professional and knowledgeable and it was a pleasure working with him. I am looking forward to switching my main account to BMO because of the fantastic service Nathan and his co workers provided.
