Dan was amazing with our recent home inspection. He was able to accomodate the date was needed on relatively short notice and make best efforts to communicate even though we weren't able to be present. He also offered for us to reach out after his inspection was complete once we take possession. I wouldn't hesitate to call Dan again in the future.

Dan was very thorough with the inspection, and the report reflects that. He explained a lot to me and detailed everything that he was looking for and found, he also showed me how some of the things worked in the house. I wish I could hire him again, and I probably will for all of my future home purchases.

Dan did a very detailed inspection on a property I was in the process of purchasing, he took a ton of pictures of the property and went through everything with me at the end of the inspection aswell as provided a detailed post inspection report. I wouldn't hesitate to call him for all your inspection needs

Dan deserves a five star! Very thorough and knowledgeable. He has the ability to see very tiny details in every corner of your house. No wonder all his clients recommends him. WETT INSPECTION, Installed a pacific energy woodstove in our addition. I contacted Dan prior to the installation. He attended immediately and explained in detail the requirements and inspected where it would be installed. We highly recommend Dan, his professionalism, experience and knowledge were a true asset for us in completing the project. Following completion a couple weeks later Dan, again immediately attended for the inspection process. We cannot say enough kind words regarding our experience in dealing with him. Highly recommend Dan for inspections regarding woodstove installations or home inspections.
