Fraserway RV - Delta

We have now done 2 big trips with Fraserway RV and we want to give a huge positive recommendation! FIrst of all, the actual truck and RV were in meticulous condition! It is so nice to have the feeling of a super clean RV. We rented the bunk-slide truck camper both times and left the beds set up. Being tent campers in the summer, the luxury of pulling into a site at 9 pm or even later (having had dinner on the road), brushing our teeth and heading to bed was just amazing. We highly recommend both the camper and Fraserway for families traveling with school-aged kids. Being able to leave your belongings in one place and not have to schlep stuff in and out of a vehicle and motel/hotel rooms made the trip actually enjoyable. We travelled all through the interior of BC and some of the Rockies on one trip and all the way to San Diego on the other. When we had any issues (which were small), we were able to get support on the road by calling into Fraserway RV.I'd also like to single out Jenny Tischer who was just amazing in getting us set up for our trip, doing all the paperwork, explaining and teaching how the RV systems work, and helping us find a solution to the table / bed area which worked beautifully for our family. There is No way we'd ever check out another RV company after such a great experience. And I should mention we also got a 10% discount for a March holiday by booking in January. Fraserway's prices are more than competitive to start with, and I feel like they have newer and nicer RVs than the other companies.I know this review is so glowing that it might look like I have a family member or friend at Fraserway but I promise I do not!Thank you so much Jenny and Fraserway!! Rented a truck bed camper for about a week on our honeymoon. Rod, Nigel and the Fraserway Delta team were absolutely the BEST, I couldn’t ask for a better experience. They went out of their way in every aspect to make sure we were taken care of. We felt like family as soon as we walked in the door. Very welcoming, hospitable, helpful, nice, and just genuinely good people. Not to mention the price was very fair. Would recommend and we will be back!

We booked an RV from these guys for 18 nights and we had the best time. We booked a Medium C and it was the perfect size for the 2 of us. Not too big but big enough to be comfortable. The staff were very friendly and check in and check out was easy. We did have a few issues with the van but their service department (Peter) was very helpful. Easy to drive, even though we were diving on the wrong but right side of the road. Would recommend this type of travel anytime. Just got to see so much of this beautiful country.

Rented a class A motor coach from Fraserway RV in Delta for two weeks. Had an issue with the engine on day 5. This was a problem with Ford’s engine. Thomas from their road side assist was on the case and checked in with me several times throughout the week.It was unfortunate for this issue to happen but Thomas did everything in their power considering the remote location and time of day.They offered to arrange transportation, put us in a hotel for the evening, food credits and have a replacement RV the next day. In addition Bernie Lehmann from the Delta location reached out to me directly to ensure my family and I were okay and secure.These two people turned a scary and big problem around for us and we felt comfortable and secure. I really can’t fault the staff at Fraserway RV for doing everything in their power to turn around a bad situation to good!Shining stars! Thank you so much for accommodating us Bernie! With low staff due to Covid you still gave 110% and gave us an amazing holiday and adventure!We’ll be back with you on our next trip and most likely purchase a motor home from you. Equipment will fail sometimes especially in this industry, but it’s the people behind this company that matters most to ensure you receive trust, value and integrity with your business.Class A service through and through.PS: highly recommend full insurance with deductible waiver if you’ve never driven an RV. Pricey but worth it. Upon returning we witnessed another RV retuned with awning missing, damaged bumper and windshield glass.

Rented from Fraserway Delta for the third time. As in the previous occasions, it was a perfect experience. Fast communication, great vehicle, pickup, hand over, return, all worked great. Had an issue with the bikeds we rented and F. immediately volunteered to refund. We will definitively be back!

Great RV rental. Quick pick up and return. Convenient shuttle service. Rented it for 9 days to visit Jasper and Banff with 4 adults. Did the job very well. Only some minor inconveniences (like noisy on bumpy roads or at high speed), nevertheless 5 star rating!

We got our vehicle to adventure in Canada! The C Small is a nice vehicle for the 2 of us. No issues with the vehicle during our trip. We had a bit of a wait to collect our vehicle (it was the start of the summer season!) but the customer service here was exceptional. Special mention to Li, Steve and Margaret! They’d made our 5star experience.
