I waited over a half hour for my food, once I finally got it almost all of it was made wrong. When I kindly asked the old looking manager in the purple shir if she could fix it, she proceeded to yell at me and tell me if I don't like my food I can get out which I did and will never be back. Absolute trash service and food. No wonder though look at the kind of managers they have....

Feel so bad for everyone left working there, minus management, Im sure theyre medicated enough not to notice how miserable every person in the building is, customers included. Food is never correct, hot, or made with any pride. Shame.

If you want slow food, go here, I’ve been through this Taco Bell’s drive through a couple times and average at least 15-20 minutes in the line, it’s god awful, one time they even gave me coupons for free tacos bc the wait was that long, the best part is the dining room is rarely ever open, so the drive through is the only option, smh.

Stopped at Taco Bell in Sault Ste. Marie, MI. @ 12:30 am the dinning room was closed and it took us 35 min. to get through the Drive-tru. Apparently they ran out of meat because our 6 Chalupa’s didn’t have nothing but a Small glob of meat, very little Cheese and filled with lettuce and were Cold!!!! Such a disappointment from a Taco Bell and NEVER AGAIN!!!

This locations night crew on 6/29/23 was extremely poor. Taking too long to get customers orders out inside the lobby. Food felt like it wasn't made to standard order. The employee's on night shift did not care about the customers who were in the lobby.

Tacos were hot and tasted really good. No complaints with the food. Would buy here again. Friendly customer service too. There was no in restaurant dining and no sign to indicate so. It was just drive thru only hence a very long wait in line.

Often when I order food on the app, they send out the wrong stuff.This time in particular I ordered from home and sent my husband to pick it up. We live 25mins away so he came home to find a completely different person's order which was only 5 items instead of 13. He couldn't check because he didn't have the order since I used my app. Now he is making another 50min round trip to go get the correct order and I just don't understand how they don't have a better set up or a different way of separating the online from the actual drive thru. No names on the bags? and no receipt on the bag to match the orders up? Just a couple simple fixes honestly

I could smell alcohol on the general manager Aaron Bedore's breath as he handed us our food. The food was made so sloppy it was barely eatable. You could hear the staff and managers using derogatory language. Worst restaurant I have ever been to. Will never be back.

Food was bit and chewed on both sides of food. Manager didn't even seem to care to do anything except that he offered a free of charge replacement. I was ignored upon returning regarding the situation and questions asked. I will never go back to this Taco Bell. Which makes me sad and mad at the same time, because I Love tacos!! But for staff to do such an appalling thing, disgusting and uncalled for. Extremely disappointed!! DO BETTER!!!! Customer Service is key!! I hope whoever did it is happy with their disgusting behavior. Karma will get you!!

My burrito was so burnt it was literally black on both sides. Didn't have Jalapeños in it like I had ordered and there was so little contents in it it looked flat like an empty canvas pencil pouch. The worst burrito I have ever gotten from anywhere in my life
