Most exclusive cocktail bar in town. So hard to get into but when you do - wow. Amazing drinks, sensational service, top 10 wine list in Calgary and great looking people abound. Cannot wait to get back in.

Visiting Calgary for a week and was lucky enough to stumble upon this very exclusive charity driven cocktail bar. As a sailor, I’ve traveled to many international and local bars and have tasted many great (and bad) cocktails. Graybar has far exceeded any and all of these other cocktails in quality, taste, and presentation. You are presented with a drink “passport” that includes the offerings and quotes of the greatest alcoholics of our time. Our hosts, Douglas and V, made us feel so welcome and even gave us the backstories behind the creation of their best drinks. With some popcorn to snack on, and a wide variety of drinks to satisfy even the pickiest drunks, the experience was one of the warmest welcomes I’ve had to a secret speakeasy. As the cost of entry and drinks is a donation to a worthy charity, one must remember, “it’s philanthropy, not alcoholism.” Thanks for having us, and I hope to return soon.

Absolutely incredible space, with even more incredible humans (and furry family members) residing in it.Was a gift to spend time there recently and support an amazing charity at the same time. I’ll be back there for sure. ❤️

Epic cocktails, titillating conversation and the cutest four-legged servers around. Owner can be a bit prickly but his better half is lovely and more than compensates for his crusty disposition. GrayBar’s high propensity to over-serve earns this speakeasy top marks. I think….. but have some blank tape so don’t really remember.

The hospitality is off the charts at this classy and boozy locale.Known for its stunning and original cocktail menu, but the hidden treasures in the wine cellar is the one thing you don’t want to miss.Great for a football game, a dinner out or just to hang with your friend and chat. It truly is one of the most exclusive experiences you can have in Calgary.
