I contacted Maximum Precision to have a new chimney crown installed. The entire Customer relationship process with Maximum Precision was fantastic from initially contacting them, obtaining a quote, scheduling and performing the work , and, lastly paying for the job. Throughout the process they were professional & knowledgeable. The work was clearly explained and well executed. Special shout out to Maria (customer service who was the first contact I had with Precision) and Dylan's Uncle who did the work on site. This company takes pride in their work. Well done team!

Very unprofessional people! I needed some urgent work done on a leaky chimney 4 weeks before the end of the season, called this place, I was promised repeatedly that they can do it the first week of November and their technician was gonna call me within a few days, fast forward 3 weeks, after I called them 4 different times AND sent them all the measurements, their technician still hasn’t called! Now it’s too late to find someone else before winter!
