Over the past month, I have had the fortune in misfortune to get acquainted with Auto Cite and the quality service they provide. My aging out of province Subaru began to show multiple issues ranging from rusted off exhausts, broken power windows, needing new tires and others. Being new to the region, I received a recommendation to approach Samer at Auto Cite with these issues, which I did and was just astounded by the service he and his garage provides. Samer is an automechanic/technician who really cares about the cars he works with and cares deeply about the quality of the repairs he provides, and is very knowledgeable on top of that. I much appreciated his willingness to explain the issues I was facing, showing them on the car (rather than just listing them) -- helping me as a customer to make an informed decision without pressuring me into expensive unnecessary repairs. I am incredibly grateful for excellent the service at Auto Cite, and am glad to have found the mechanic I trust completely with my car. Thank you Auto Cite for all the work you do!

I have nothing but good things to say about this auto shop. Trustworthy people, they always get the job done on time and always have a good tips and recommendation for my vehicle! I always feel taken care of. Highly recommended!

Original review:Went there because that's the only approved garage for my aftermarket warranty.A one-day job turned into a 4 day (2 struts), and they never agreed to give me a loaner vehicle. I usually go to NAPA autopro, and they always gave me a vehicle when there was a 24h delay. Also, Autocite misdiagnosed my vehicle when they took it in. I complained about a clunking sound on the front left, and even told them I suspect the top left strut mount (which eventually turned out to be defective), but they replaced the RIGHT ball joint, and only after they test drove it, which they should have been done BEFORE the inspection, they realized there is a noise from left.I still give them 2 stars because they were nice people, used quality parts, and refunded the suspension diag price ($75 out of $1000 bill).I'll edit this rating if my next visit there will be positive.Edit: gave them another chance. This time they were much better at managing the timeline. Only one extra day of delay was added (took 2 days of my car being in the shop instead of one day). So upgrading my rating to 4 stars. That's because the delay was only partially their fault (didn't wait for approval email from the extended warranty before calling me in to drop off the car).Edit 2: Downgraded to 2 stars again. They replace the parking brakes hardware...But the parking brake doesn't work.Edit 3: Back to 4 stars. They took care of the parking brake issues that weren't addressed earlier, and now it works great.Edit 4: I won't downgrade the stars ratings, because at this point, I see these guys more often than I see my family. I can only get upset so many times before I get used to something. Told them I want them to go over the suspension with a fine tooth comb, don't mind paying for an extensive checkup. They checked, and found the link to be defective, so far, so good. Then, when I was supposed to take the car back, they FINALLY drove it, and found there's a noise from the control arm bushing. Car is down for another day. When will the lesson be learned? ALWAYS do a test drive, BEFORE you start ordering parts!

I used their services 3-4 times already and they quickly become my go to place. Honest people they won't make up none existing issues and help you out the best way they can without overcharging. I recommend this place all the time to friends.

For years I have taken my cars to them for various reasons. I’ve always received top-notch service and have constantly been met with friendly service and professionalism. I got a estimate so fast and the people are very pleasant to talk to. Update: After getting the job done they left a bunch of paint drips and they over sprayed a bunch of clear coat and made my car look dull and tells me it just needs a wash, don't they wash the car before doing paint work ? Went back twice and still won't fix their mistake.very disappointed. Also tries to quickly wipe on the spot but he then acts like he's not seeing any defect they've done even though it's very obvious and then quickly tries to scrape the clear coat off with a blade. Spoke to Pat the whole time and I'll never be going back there. Very not professional in the way they do service, ONCE THEY GOT THE CHEQUE THEY WOULDN'T FIX THEIR MISTAKES. Update: I paid $450 to get rid of the overspray rough clear coat and paint drips at Colorpro and they did a amazing job at fixing auto Cité mistake .Truly recommended looking elsewhere. Update: found the pictures!!!

I recently visited this shop to have my entire car re-sprayed. Auto Cite went above and beyond to address all the little issues I had mentioned prior to painting. The customer service and level of satisfaction is amazing. I could not be happier with the work they did.I would highly recommend this shop if you want piece of mind that your car is in the best hands!
