Great selection of Ontario wines. Staff is friendly and knowledge. They also have a selection of coolers and ciders. Try the ice wine for a special treat.

Had a terrific experience on Saturday shopping with Jaz! I am just trying her suggestions of the Jackson-Triggs Niagara Estate Reserve Chardonnay. Fantastic with my classic Cesar Salad with Grilled Chicken.

It was all great and dandy til they got rid of their best employees. They literally push great people away and its sad. I sadly no longer recommend. Only good employee is barely working..

We got upset stomachs from their strawberry margarita barely had half a glass each. I came back to return the bottle with my receipt. Was interrogated by some 14 yo and reluctantly given back my money. In the middle of all that she decided to push me asaid to serve a customer who came after me... That's the first... Needless not coming back there, irresponsible vendor, poor customer service

Went to pick up bottles of blue and purple wine as they are hard to find. Got both and had a pleasant conversation with a staff member who was helpful and friendly. The store was nice and clean and seemed to be well organized and taken care of.

This Wine Rack has the absolute most best service ever. Jazz works often and is very personable and helpful in suggestions for wine. She keeps a voluntary log of your favourite wines and gives you a call if they are running low or are back in stock! She is really awesome. You dont get service like this at LCBO.
