I went in with my father the other day to have some vehicle information changed and importing another vehicle. The lady that helped us treated us like idiots. We were very polite but the lady continued to be very curt and talked down to us, answering us with things like Uhh ya

The lady I dealt with seemed to have no clue what she was doing. When I asked questions it felt as if I was getting the run around like my questions were annoying to her.Fine for a basic renewal stop in but if you need to make changes or get something explained to you I would go somewhere else.

If I could i would give a zero star review! Untrained and uninformed staff. Went to put our car on layup starting several days in the future. Was told by woman at front has to be done immediately. I advised I had done in the past. With that she grudgingly said she would ask her coworker who said has to be immediate. I left again stating different insurance companies obviously has different procedures. I went elsewhere and got my lay up insurance for a future date!

I had a great experience and continue to with MIG Insurance solely based on the respect and kindness i received from a wonderful staff named Donna.It had been the first time i ever purchased a brand new vehicle-- not only did Donna guide me through the process, she kindly made friendly phone calls to help me should i require any assistance with making my payments. If you do attend this location -- ask for donna!

Left a message 4. & 5 days ago. They did not give me the courtesy of returning my call.Can’t complain about the service, since there was no service. Service had faltered since MIG was bought out.

I've been dealing with Denise at MIG for about a decade now. She always answers my questions promptly and she is very knowledgeable. I would say to MIG that there are customers out there like me who deal with people not companies so having a person that I trust is very important to me. So my allegiance is with the person not the corporation.

The staff here is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I had to get house insurance figured out and they helped me out quickly

Horrible service yet again. Lady at the cash had zero personality and has helped me move on from Westland to another company immediately. Employees matter!

Was turned away because the clerk could not recognize an ICBC Transfer Form, the woman helping me actually pretended to call MPI during this transaction so that she could tell me my bill of sale was not valid. This place also could not properly process a RST exemption, I had to go to an MPI Service Center to get all of these things done. Every time I have tried to go to this location to get anything done I’ve always left empty handed and regretting my visit. This is worst Autopac location I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. For anything other than basic requests I would avoid this location, it does not seem they have the capabilities to do much otherwise.

I only went here one time because I realized my insurance was expired and they were close they were super helpful and then later I needed to show what time it was that I insured my vehicle. They were super helpful it's resending me a receipt.
