We were selling our home in Airdrie, from Ontario; a process that we thought could be very complicated , but turned out being the complete opposite. Derek and team were always very friendly and thorough with explaining next steps, which we really appreciated, and were always very prompt with getting back to us if we had any questions. When I was considering selling my home, I reached out to a couple realtors for a free appraisal. Derek responded quickly and was the only one who took the time to come and do this in person.I contacted Derek again when I was ready to list. Derek and his team handled EVERYTHING and all I had to do was keep a reasonably clean home. My house was conditionally sold for the asking price in less than two days.For what could have been an extremely stressful process, I was blown away with how smooth it’s been. Jamie is the absolute best realtor you could ever ask for. We were the worst type of client, where we were not in a rush to buy. We could stay where we were currently living and had very specific ideas of our future home. Jamie accommodated every showing we wanted to see and took us to what felt like hundreds of viewings. She understood what our first home meant for us and took us to see a new build we didn’t even think of. With her experience and knowledge of new build homes she helped us through the process with ease. The builders realtor was not helpful at all and without her we probably never would have thought to buy there. She is the absolute best and so great / knowledgeable at what she does it made the process so easy. We appreciate everything she did for us and for helping us find the perfect first home for our growing family.

Derek and team were AMAZING! We were able to get an offer on our condo within 48 hours but in addition to that Derek supported us through a rocky experience purchasing our home. Working with Derek to buy our first house was a 5 star experience. We were referred to him through a friend after having a less than satisfactory experience with another realtor. Derek is the man - he was patient in answering our numerous questions about the process, super knowledgeable about home construction from his own experience working as a contractor, helpful in figuring out our strategy putting together an offer, encouraging when we were anxious and unsure at certain points throughout the process, was great at pointing out things in houses that we either didn't notice or hadn't thought about, and was so patient with us given how picky we were and how many houses we had him show us. He never made us feel pressured to rush into anything and made himself very available to talk through any questions or uncertainties. He also works with a great team of other realtors who worked well as a team to ensure we were able to view places on short notice if Derek was unavailable.
