Been a customer for 7+ years and always very happy with the service. Staff always go over and above for their customers and super friendly. Justin has been the main employee I see and Im always greeted with a smile, how are you, how can i help, and always leave a happy customer-never left disappointed. Highly suggest checking them out, so many amazing products, very fair prices, and knowledgeable staff.

Great finds but certainly don't cater to the people who hold a regular job with work hours that surpass 5pm. They really need to consider their hours of business. The majority of us don't work Shift Work.

Just don’t buy or sell from this place. Literally anything in store is full price and very used so might as well buy it brand new. If you need money desperately… I wouldn’t go here even if you need the money today. The offers are a complete joke, it will cost you more in gas or bus change then what they have to offer. Pawn stores are completely useless in 2023 and I hope this business fails soon. If you want to sell in Sudbury just sell it on Facebook market, Kijiji, eBay or even your own yard sale because you might as well burn your money if you’re planning to come here. A complete waste of time and money on gas that I will never get back.
