I'm the owner of Valentinos Bridal in Twinsburg. I understand about the fact that first we all think if this company is a scam. But I had patiently waited for months and now I know it was worth it. Our folders just absolutely beautiful. I will post them on our FB. Pics were done so clear and professional. Really super job! Thank you again. We will do business again. I appreciated for everything. Cant wait to give this folders to our future brides.

I am glad to see reviews on here from actual bridal shops, as I seriously believed I was scammed for a while. It sounds like that is probably not the case, and that they are just really bad at serving their ad clients. I purchased an ad back in February and it is now the end of the July and I keep getting told it will be done next month". They are telling me it is because they need to wait for approvals for all the ads

We just received our folders! They are beautiful and everything that was promised to us! The process did take longer than we expected but if we had any questions we always received a response back in a timely manner. The only fault I see is that not all advertisers get to see the finished product, some go one believing they were scammed. I believe that even just a single copy of the folder should be sent to each adveriser as a proof of purchase"

As a Bridal shop who gives these to each Bride who purchases I like the way the folder looks & I like how my portion of advertising looks. I wish I had more participants who were actually places that I recommend rather than random advertisers but I guess that is something Community has no control over. I have had these folders for three years and am pleased with the quality & that I am able to decide what I want on the front of my folder...they do take a long time to print. I do wish that samples were sent out to the people who are advertising on the folder so that they weren't concerned with fraud.

Scam - never produced the ad or proof that the folder was made that was to contain the ad. No one from the company response. Will be contacting the police regarding fraud.

We are working with this company to produce folders. It has been the worst experience. Lack of communication. We were told the folders would be done by June... It is the end of July and no communication. Starting to question if we are even getting them. Rude service when you do get to talk with Linda. She makes you feel like it is your fault and the delay is on our end. Even told us we were different" in our area
