Quality of workmanship is highly questionable. Multiple repairs over the last 8 years on shingles. Damage from recent wind storm worse than anything seen in the area (see attached photo). Based on looking at shingles that came off, minimal number of nails per sheet. They are not being called back to fix.

Tops customer service is outstanding. They answer calls immediately and respond quickly. They know their product and really want to help you get the roof that's right for your house and location. We highly recommend them.

Brian Burnett and Tops roofing installed our current roof in April of 2000. This past week Brian came by for an inspection and tuneup. This was the first time I’ve had the roof looked at ever since Tops roofing did the installation and after that most recent weather event that saw neighbourhood shingles everywhere our 22 year old Tops Roofing roof still looks like it did when he first installed it so quality of materials and superior installation is going to give us 25 years with this roof. Tops Roofing installed new shingles and new skylights on my angular roof in 2012. 9 years later the roof still looks new and the skylights are awesome.I recently inquired about redoing my flat roof as another contractor thought it may warrant a change soon. The previous owners of our home used Top’s Roofing and we inherited the warranty. When we called for a minor repair, there was no questions asked and a representative was at our house next day. The gentleman was polite, knowledgeable, and swiftly took care of our problem. We selected Top's Roofing to replace our shingles in 2019. We did a lot of research and noticed that improved materials were being used. When we searched for quotes we found prices varied but we selected Top's based on their years of experience, being a local company and using the best quality shingles and underlay and having a fair price for quality. We are very pleased with the installation, clean-up and appearance of the roof and flashing. Recently, part of our facia came loose in a wind storm and a gutter fell off (not originally done by Top's). I called Brian and he gave a good quote for the work and did the installation as soon as the weather permitted. It is a pleasure to do business with Top's and we recommend using them.Scott and Gill
