I recently attended this store to return some online purchases. The lady at the cash was very kind and made the return fast and easy. She told me about a bra sale so I decided to try some on. The associate working the fitting rooms was incredible. The best I've ever seen. She was so efficient, kind and helpful. She remembered everyone's names which was a great personal touch. I believe her name was Nikola. I just wanted to share this beyond positive experience I had and thank Nikola again for being so wonderful. Also thank you to the other ladies who were also great!!

Honestly... When Addition Elle closed, I was heartbroken but Pennington's today renewed my faith.. no longer the drab clothing meant to shame the plus-sized.. what a breath of fresh air. I had a very successful experience today and friendly service to boot. Thanks, Pennington's!

Although the store was clean and well stocked, with 4 sales people working and the store not very busy, not one offered assistance. After I found some items that I liked and was ready to pay, 2 sales people at the counter chose to continue with their personal conversation and continued to not acknowledge me, who had been patiently waited to pay for my items. I decided to leave disappointed with the lack of service. I'd rather be in a store, try in my choices and leave as a happy customer but this experience was not good or pleasant. Heartland Penningtons, you have left me with a bad impression and not sure if I will be back to this particular store.

The store employees were so welcoming and kind and they knew exactly how to get me the right size bra and dress and they made me feel so happy and comfortable while doing it! I cant remember the womans name who helped me her name starts with an r and was lovely! Honestly you know your in good hands when you walk into this store I will be shopping here from now on! Thank You!

It was my first time to Penningtons and nicola was standing their welcoming all the customers inside. She was super amazing and very nice. She was helping all the customers in the store and is really good at giving advice regarding the clothing. Abha was very sweet and very helpful Thank you Nicola and Abha for your amazing customer skills. I will definitly come back next month!

Absolutely amazing service from Jessica! My mom and I went in looking for bras. Jessica was so kind and upbeat about helping us find the perfect fit, we ended up leaving with multiple bras! At no time did we feel self-conscious about sizing, Jessica is amazing at her job and I would recommend this location in a heartbeat!

I have trouble finding wide width boots ant they do have them. The lady was so extremely helpful. The clothes are beautiful ❤️ and the staff is so wonderful, she was so helpful for me
