My name is Geraldo,I have not been fair in the past this organization. 3 years ago Estra flooring has installed has installed the main floor hardwood floor and today my basement was just carpet and including the stairway.The quality of the service and product provided by Benito or Walter is outstanding.And the people that are send to do the work are selected and A1. Professional friendly and extremely skill.From Hardwood flooring, vinyl or carpet would cannot go anywhere else than do a deal with Estra flooring because honeslty there are the besy

Walter and his team did a fantastic job updating my home. His estimate was comprehensive and there were no unexpected costs as the project progressed. Once the project got started he called me on a regular basis to let me know what was happening and when. He made sure every detail was taken care of. I couldn’t be happier with how my home looks now!

Ordered hardwood to match existing product in the house which was installed over 25 years ago. The new floor matches perfectly and very pleased with it in the end. Estra provided the flooring only, I ended up hiring someone Estra referred to do the installation which was done extremely well - very pleased with that as well. As for Estra returning phone calls and follow up to my messages asking about the status of my order etc., I was very displeased with them in this regard. Several times the voice message mail box was full, I couldn't even leave a message. And when I finally spoke to someone, no apologies were made and sense of care. Not a good customer service experience.

We are pleased with the work done to renovate our kitchen floor. We appreciated being able to bring the tile sample home from the store so that we could see it under various lighting conditions. Walter provided a thorough estimate and explained the steps necessary to complete the work. Waiting for the tile to come in from another province set the start date back slightly, but the wait was minimal and definitely worth it. The installation team, Stephanie and Richard, were wonderful to work with. The demolition work to remove the existing ceramic tile was completed quickly and they were very careful about the clean up afterwards. The installation of the tile was quick and performed with competence. They explained what they were doing every step of the way and at the end of each day, left the site tidy and safe. We are quite pleased with the results.
