Bought some Greek yoghurt from the organic section and when I got home I realized it was a month past its best buy date. A few days I could understand, but an entire month is ridiculous. Guess no one checks the expiry dates in that store

I recently had the pleasure of shopping at Real Canadian Superstore and I was very impressed. The store had a great selection of products in all categories, from grocery to home goods. The prices were very reasonable and the staff was helpful and friendly. I found the layout of the store to be very organized and easy to navigate. The checkout process was quick and efficient. Overall, I had a great shopping experience at Real Canadian Superstore and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality products at affordable prices.

I wish their produce was consistent, in stock and better quality. Lineups can be big, but I try to go during quiter times.

I'd like to start by saying the staff involved here were very helpful and apologetic, however I waited for someone to come to the seafood counter for ~30mins (was probably on break with no one to cover for them), then getting up front and the bar code couldn't scan, and no manager was available to override the process. I ended up leaving without the seafood because there wasn't a way to pay for it. I know staffing shortages exist, but to the owner, it's hard to shop when you can't even pay for the food with the money in your hand.

I have been to walmart and save on foods where I found a expired stuff on shelves.I have been buying from superstore more times than other stores and never had this issue in here. So thanks for your hardwork guys to never have that issue in superstore.

Real Canadian Superstore Island Highway
First time I've been to the Campbell River Superstore. It being a Monday night around 600pm, I found that there was hardly anyone in the store.I suppose most people had done there shopping before then or would be after supper. Anyway, this place is big! Nice large aisles, well laid out and very clean!I was shopping for a small ham and found the one I wanted, but the label was missing or torn off. So I asked the young lady doing orders to help out and she took off like a shot to get a new label. Fantastic!I would certainly drop in next time to shop.

Superstore has gone downhill in appearance. The place is always dirty. There’s always food on the floor and smeared food stains by produce entrance. The bathrooms are so gross every single time. It doesn’t look like they get cleaned ever.

Same complaint as everyone else your prices are terrible. The cost of food is ridiculous. Glad to see you guys empty allot. Hopefuly it makes you think about what you are doing to the communities you serve.
