Clearcare has been servicing many of the condominiums that I manage for over 8 years now.In my 11 years career in condo management, they have provided the best service in janitorial service vs other competitors.Justin, the owner, is extremely professional and very responsive. Great company, Great people, AMAZING work! Would highly recommend them!

The work is well done and for the most part the staff is friendly. HOWEVER, there was an incident with 1 staff member in particular using slurs and being bigoted in the workplace. Despite myself making a complaint regarding this staff members disgusting behaviour, this staff member is still employed. This is hard to post because I am putting my safety on the line by making this review with my name on it but I do think people need to be aware that lgbtqia+ people specifically could be at risk by using this company should that staff member be at your site.Clearcare, please do better. It's 2022, you should not be employing bigots, especially when they use slurs on the job sites.
