Reviva Laser Skin Clinic

The experience at this clinic is traumatizing. Instead of treating my old acne scars, I have new ones that are worse than the original ones. I don't even look in the mirror anymore if I don't have to. I was refunded a few hundred dollars short of what I paid for some arbitrary reason even though I have huge indented acne scars from the acne that Dr. Ngai's treatments caused. He had plenty of opportunity to stop the treatments but said to continue anyway, making acne worse and worse. I ended up going on Accutane and that has caused terrible side effects. I wish I had never even heard of this clinic. I am often depressed because can't see my reflection without crying, but I am on a journey to not let this doctor get the best of me and I'm not going to let someone else ruin my life. I hope my experience is worth something and can save you from making the same mistake.

I have been going to Reviva regularly for 5 years. I was a professional makeup artist for over a decade and have tried out a bunch of clinics previously. My primary goal was skin preservation and reversal of previous damage, so I had a pretty good/realistic idea what I wanted when I was researching for a skin clinic that I can be a patient of long-term. I’m glad that I discovered Reviva.I appreciate that when Dr. Ngai recommends a procedure for me, he is always objective and results-oriented, never financially motivated. I trust their opinion. The staff there, Vivian, Stacy and Chloe are kind and knowledgeable. They always make sure that I am taken care of and all my questions are answered. Some of my treatments are with nurse Stacy, she is quite experienced, and detail oriented. I am always happy with the results. I highly recommend this clinic!

Dr. Ngai is a kind, knowledgable and skillful doctor. He gives great advice and does fabulous work. His bedside manner is excellent; he is calm and also has a great sense of humour. Kate is a fabulous assistant and is very intelligent, articulate and helpful. Everyone working at the clinic, from reception through, seems dedicated to providing high level, excellent service. Dr Ngai and the team have been amazing to me. They have been able to assist me in my skin problems, and have really helped me calm down my skin. In addition, Dr Ngai is very patient and understanding, taking time to always answer all my questions. He always goes above and beyond to ensure my experience is great, and has done a great job!

I've been coming here for years to treat my Rosacea. This is a top quality skin clinic where the doctor performs all treatments. In most clinics, technicians use the machines and the doctors merely own the clinic and provide oversight. Very reasonably priced compared to all others (and I have attended many).

I have been Coming here for a very long time, not because they don’t fix me up but because I have very complicated skin. The doctors are always friendly, and are really good at their work. If I could give a higher star review I would, they always help me out, always find a way to make things better and make me feel confident in my self again. Seriously this clinic does amazing work.

I went to Reviva because my skin was breaking out pretty bad with acne appearing non-stop so my scars couldn’t heal.
