Originally many years ago I went in for wheel alignment on my BMW. The work was done so professionally and Sat and Shaq were both so competent and welcoming that I came back for more work. I have been going to Autogenics for three years, and Sat and Shaq are excellent at repairs and maintenance. It was a huge relief when Autogenics was recommended to me by several professors at Centennial College's School of Transportation, where Sat had formerly taught. Sat and Shaq are the honest mechanics that one always hopes to find, and I regularly recommend them by word of mouth to friends and family. They helped me with my 2001 Nissan Altima's gas leak. Then they saved me a bundle by encouraging me to go to the Honda dealership where I bought my 2016 Civic when the brakes had worn out unusually fast. (As Sat had suggested, Honda covered the repairs for free.) Additionally, they saved a colleague of mine a lot of money on some body work that a dealership was going to charge a mint for. Shaq is also outstanding. He thoroughly explains what work needs to be done and patiently answers questions. All the customers that I have seen coming and going at Autogenics seem quite satisfied that they have found a business run with skill and integrity.

Went in for an oil change and to see about some banging noises I heard when driving over bumps. Such a great experience! They are very professional, welcoming, knowledgeable... and timely!!
