I went to BOC after having 2 children and they were able to help correct my posture with orthotics and great shoes. I also started running but had some IT Band issues. The professionals at BOC took great care of me, my knee and feet. I no longer have any aches or pains and I have a great pair of running shoes that keep me going. I have since frequented BOC with my husband and 2 kids. My 7 yr old has wide feet and is very active so the shoes BOC recommended have worked out great for her. My 5 yr old is equally active and tends to ruin his shoes at school, but the great quality shoes at BOC can withstand all his wear and tear. My husband, also a runner, got a pair of orthotics and is very pleased. The people at BOC are very friendly, knowledgeable, and caring. Every experience we've had at BOC has been excellent. Thank you to all the wonderful people at BOC for taking such great care of me and my family.

After doctor thought my child should have her feet checked I brought her in to Burlington Orthotics ~ Fareen and her team were amazing with her. Amazing customer service starts the minute you phone to make an appointment and lasts until you walk out the door.My other child broke her foot quite badly and after casting, & physio. it was recommended we look at orthotics. Without any hesitation I knew where I was going. Once again Burlington Orthotics did not let me down. Their professionalism, knowledge, customer service goes above and beyond. I highly recommend them for yourself or your child.

Very helpful and friendly staff but Stef DeBoer is exceptional, i have had quite a lot of problems with my feet and she always takes the time to listen and assess you properly, whether it is to get orthotics or in my case numerous follow ups. Some of the best service i have ever had and another bonus is they can order a very large selection of shoes for you and know which ones are the best fit for your specific feet and problems. Would highly recommend Stef to anyone that has feet problems (she also does massage), unlike a lot of other places she really cares about what is best for you.

Fareen and her entire team at Burlington Orthotics Centre are amazing. Have been going here for years. They will go above and beyond to make sure you have a positive experience. Highly recommend!

Delisted as a provider from Sunlife Financial (2018). I was denied an insurance claim from this location. The delivery/work on the orthotic device was great but the insurance claim was frustrating.

I went to Burlington orthotics because I was having severe knee pain as per my doctors recommendation. The staff was very helpful and I went ahead with the orthotics. It has been 2 months with no knee pain and I can finally run again pain free!!

A huge thank you to Fareen and his team for supporting the Therapy Staff at Joseph Brant Hospital during COVID19. We are on our feet most of our day and thus having comfortable shoes to wear is of great importance. Thank you for supporting the community with your generosity!!

Was mislead and told after the fact. Didn’t receive anything but insoles for the cost where others were given extra shoes and compression socks on top of having to pay out of pocket. My whole plant was going here with over a hundred employees. I highly do not recommend this clinic!!!

I recently needed to replace my compression stockings and contacted Fareen at Burlington Orthotics. They were able to fit me in quickly and at a time of day that suited me.The products they carry are of the highest quality and the cost was really reasonable. They did not have the product in stock, but was able to order it in and have it in my hand within a week. I have the highest praise for their staff and professionalism and have already ordered more stock.Thank you Fareen for a job well done.
