Such friendly and personable service. I called at the very last minute to order and Jayne was so gracious and accommodating.She even offered to deliver the cupcakes herself to the recipient.10/10 recommend!

This is a little hidden gem in Crystal Beach you have got to check out! The macarons are perfect, the macaron cheesecakes are divine and perfectly balanced, and Jayne is always friendly, welcoming, and has some of the most creative flavours! AND every Friday is cronut day - if you like croissants and donuts, these cronuts are the perfect marriage of the two and a must try! Soooo good! Different flavours every week and again, so creative visually and in taste!

Found this hidden gem online. Loved the look of the cookie dough cake that I have ordered for my daughter's sweet sixteen birthday. We all weren't a fan of the buttercream icing though. My fault for going out on something I didn't know much about. But the cake looked amazing and the service was great too! Its a bummer spending that much on a cake. But Next time I'll have to try the cronuts or cupcakes.

Crystal Beach scores a 5-star Pastry Chef!!! Jayne opened her new small business yesterday morning and people lined up out the door. Because of her popularity I recommend ordering online on her website to guarantee she'll have what you want available. She's *very* popular - people on social media are raving about having a bakery back in town!!! But what a lot of folks don't know is just how lucky we all are to have her in Crystal Beach. Jayne was studying as a Pastry Chef in France and being recruited to 5-star resorts in Europe when the pandemic hit. She returned to her hometown in the Lake Erie region and decided to delay her worldwide professional career by opening up a shop in nearby Crystal Beach. We are so lucky to have her new small business just as so many exciting & new small businesses are opening up in Crystal Beach on Derby & Erie Road. Well worth a visit! Or message her. And no, I'm not her mom, Lol. Just a happy customer who knows a gem when I see it!

Came to try the cronuts when we were nearby on a Friday (as they only make these on Fridays according to their Facebook!). They were amazing! Icing was great, and they are decorated so cute to match. Cronut was perfectly sweet, flaky, and crunchy. Also got a cute cookie for my boyfriend for Valentine’s Day, and my sister bought a yummy crème brûlée. We will be back another day when we are around the area!

Went here with my daughter the other week and my daughter had a macaron. She loved it so much that we agreed that once every week she will pick something out as a treat. Jayne also is a lovely person, and I commend her hard work for waking up at 3 in the morning to make these desserts.

Ordered the Oreo Birthday Cake online, it was absolutely incredible!!! It wasn't too sweet, and you can tell that a lot of care goes into these cakes. Cake was super moist, icing was the perfect amount of sweetness, and it looks gorgeous. Worth every dollar!
