Amazing. I had my claim repairs done by LK. Over 7k in damages. I originally had my vehicle towed to another repair shop but was told it would take 3-4 months before work would start. I have 3 young children, this is impossible for our family so I called the fabulous people at LK, right off the they said they would be able to get it done quicker! Little did I know it would be done in a week!! Not 3-4 months!! They literally saved my summer with my family and did it with a positive and reassuring attitude.. not to mention the previous company over charged me on better meant, LK ended up saving me hundreds while sacrificing nothing. Very honest and hard working family business!!!’ Iv found my shop for my car needs. Thank you for being such a down to earth, honest and caring company!

I can't say enough about LK Auto! The staff are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt! Got my windshield replaced in a day and the staff took car of the insurance claim. They even detailed and gave me a ride to work. How amazing is that service! Go check them out if you need anything like tires, brakes, oil changes, and car detailing. And if you have been in an accident, they are phenomenal at handling any claims!

Took my car there to get repaired, and At First I was super impressed, Super Nice people come highly Recommended. But then I went back cause there was some slight paint problems or so I felt, They then asked me to bring it back to look at it and I could tell they were not overly impressed by it but they asked me to bring the car in so they could fix it which I was pleased with, and they fixed as they said they would but then I am told basically don't bother them again with it as its not a paint-able part that I was having issues with and that's the way it was before? So why wasn't I given other options prior to them doing this to the car is my question? and then when I get the car back and have a good look at it I see that there is some new scuffs around the area fixed on my fresh paint, I feel like they started off strong and finished weak, I wouldn't recommend anyone I know to go here as I am not 100% satisfied, If they were aware it was going to be a issue why not advise the customer? That is good customer service. If I take something to get fixed why tell me it will happen again in the near future? And the fact I pick up the car with extra scuffs on the new paint they just did? not overly impressed, Nice people Good intentions, But I am unsatisfied in the end.I was called by them and re assured that there was a miscommunication when i was there. I was also informed that the oaint has 100% lifetime garontee. And that i can bring my car back to them 100 times if need be till i am satisfied. After a long talk with Crystal i am satisfied that they will make sure i am looked after and happy.

Incredible service, amazing staff. They really care about you not only as a customer but as a person. They will talk themselves out of a sale if they know it is in your best interest. Staff is polite and very friendly. They really have your best interests in mind. My only regret was not having someone hit my car sooner because my vehicle looks better than ever after getting it fixed here.

My RAV4’s back bumper was damaged and SGI sent my claim to this shop. Their work was actually very good, I’m impressed when they washed my vehicle before giving it back to me. I recommended this shop.

At LK Auto they treat you like family. Right from the initial phone call all the way through to the end. They provide great advice and options and go through service in detail. I do recommend all my friends, family even coworkers. Everyone appreciates the overall experience! thanks LK!

I most definitely recommend LK Auto. Their customer service is awesome. My daughter told me to call them, so glad I did! It was a great surprise when I picked up my vehicle and found they had also cleaned it inside and out. Absolutely made my day!

Terrific service, hardly had to do a thing, drop the car off, get the rental, drop the rental pickup the car, all complete. They make your troubles all go away. So incredibly impressed with LK Auto! Not only were they exceptionally timely with getting my vehicle back to me but Krystal made the entire situation painless. I hope I never had to put through another claim but if I do- I will definitely be going back to LK. I would absolutely recommend LK to friends and family.
