Monterey Laundromat
This place has gone downhill. No attendant on-site to refund your money when machines don't work properly. I lost money to a dryer that didn't heat and to a washer that just took the coins but wouldn't work. Many machines are marked out of order and many more don't work but have no sign.

So very happy. Did a drop off and pick up of 2 of my blankets.Great job and very fair price for Queen and King Duvets. Love the new owner.Clean well managed Laundromat.. Love the selection of washers and availability of over sized machines for the not possible to wash at home items .Very clean and safe to access and use location, perfect parking.

I’ve never been to a laundromat before which had my anxiety through the roof. Our washer decided to bite the dust yesterday evening when trying to wash clothing for a job interview. When arriving I was surprised how clean the facility was. I was approached by the owner who could see I was visibly confused. She was able to help me start my load and provided me with some soap as my panicked brain forgot. We had a lovely chat and she told me that she just bought the laundromat. She is very friendly and eager to help. Thank you again Ashley!

This is a well-used laundromat and laundromats tend to be vandalized, I know.I noticed that it hasn't been kept up with a lot of floor tiles missing or broken with chunks missing. That is or was kind of depressing. Several machines were down, washing machines and dryers with a maintenance person working on two of them when I was there. However, you don't need wonderful conditions to go in and launder your clothes.Rating - 3 stars so it is an okay rating - I got my laundry done, it was not busy at the time but I would have liked to see better maintenance of the building or would it be business?

I went there at 9:30am and there was nobody there. I used the change machine that gave me loonies and quarters. The one of the few machines that were actually working required toonies. Called the phone number but the person would not be in until noon. Don't bother going to this place

If I could give less than one star , I would not even give it one.This place is going down for sure.Only 2 washers work and most of the dryer seem to be out of order too.I am not sure why it is even open! I had to leave and search for laundry mat some ever else!

One star, dirty!! No attendant in site to refund for machines that were unmarked and not working, got ripped of at least 3 times during my visit. No care taken, an inch of dirt on the floor, broken tiles everywhere, no public washroom. What you save with cheap machines you pay for in service and eaten coins! Have a good experience and go elsewhere, where your business is valued.

Prices are ok, but someone took my new jeans out of the dryer, I stepped outside and went to my car, I never noticed until it stopped and they were gone. So don't leave for a second.
