Waited over 1.5 weeks for exam results and still not out yet. Called once, said results will be out by next day. Second time called, person who picked up the phone wouldn't bother checking and said results will be out later in the week. Poor service.

Alright so I will provide as honest of a review as I can. I am currently completing the program on fast track, I am on the 3rd course (Tax). The content isn't too bad, it's fairly easy to understand, they provide examples through out the course and that helps with the more complicated theories. The problem is that the content and material is outdated, doesn't match sometimes from example to the the actual content of the course, the exercises have a lot of fundamental mistakes. If you are shaky on some of the content it doesn't help that the example provides you with different numbers/inconsistent details to the course material. CIFP should be doing better, when you have outdated information from 6 years ago it tells me that the content isn't being reviewed and updated regularly. Not to mention the spelling and grammar errors.

Material absolutely outdated (from around 2002-2003), Customer service doesn't reply, huge number of mistakes and discrepancies in the books, exam questions are based on 10 years old legislation.Worst educational experience ever.

My membership is a great way to keep up my Continuing Education credits and when Kan Hui recently had to fix a glitch in the process the response was timely and accurate. Sincere Thanks!
