Shoppers Drug Mart

I went to celebrate happy New year to a family friend at 9;30 am on January 3,2018, we may have spoken for an half minute when her boss,named LEE, said loudly to me she has work to do and go please.I though it was rude and ignorant with no sense of customer servicei never went back to the store since..........................

Some managment staff is rude but otherwise great store. Only thing is there is no bathroom! Dont know how many times ive been in here with my young kids getting a prescription and they need to use the washroom only to have to leave the store and walk over to freson bros to use theirs. Little kids bladders sometimes simply cant hold it that long!

Visiting from Edmonton for the weekend. We got all the way here to discover I’d forgotten my meds at home and I’m heavily dependent on one for mobility. We went to this Shoppers and the pharmacists were not only incredibly kind, but very helpful. They went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed and honestly saved my trip. Highly recommend this pharmacy!

Honestly! Making up your own hours that go against the Google hours, and the GIANT SIGN ON THE WALL!! There are many people in this town that rely on your pharmacy. Do better shoppers!!You're only saving grace is the friendly woman in the cosmetics department that actually knows her job.

I don’t normally write reviews but I was compelled to after visiting the shoppers drug mart in hinton. The service I received from the staff was second to none, which is a hard thing to come by in this day and age. Everyone I encountered had a smile on their face, and were more than willing to help me find anything I needed. I believe in giving praise when it is deserved and the staff here have earned this one! I’ll be sure to stop in more often, thank you for the excellent service ladies.-Amanda

Really rude pharmacists, who actually failed to order incredibly important medication when it was faxed. Very negligent and just generally aloof with responsibilities. Don’t take your business meds to get filled here, there’s a Rexall in the area that fills prescriptions promptly and can help much more than these guys.

2 stars!! Only because it's a new store that's stocked well. Other than that it's brutal. For one and most importantly this shoppers NEEDS TO CHANGE ITS HOURS OF OPERATION!!! this town is FULL of out of town workers, workers who are from bigger cities and some from small towns. Well how about you open up to a regular shoppers hours at 8AM and stay open til 10 pm I realize this is Hinton but I also realize where on the map it is. Lots of tourists and lots of WORKERS. The pharmacy is not fast at all and they take there time. Not cool. I work. I have places to be.Get with it shoppers Hinton. And get ur PHONES FIXED
