Shoppers Drug Mart

I go here all the time and have never had a problem but, today I was treated horribly by a cashier for no reason. It was disgusting that they let someone so ignorant work there. I went in like any other day waited in line patiently and then right off the bat this woman was annoyed with me ? Spoke to me with such attitude and slamming things on the counter as if I had done something to her personally just for being there. Didn’t get her name but she was a slim older woman with glasses.

My 3 year old daughter required some medical supplies (bandages) she fell and cut her knee and was bleeding. I came in thru another entrance and instantly got yelled at by some big mouth brown haired girl to leave and that they are closed. the store according to the sign was still open and I had more then enough time to quickly grab the medical supplies required and be gone. I was told no by an older women as well and was handed a tiny circle bandage that didn't come close to covering my daughter's wound and I couldn't clean it out. I felt soo bad that my kid was in pain and I couldn't help. people who clearly can't do there job wouldn't even allow 5 minute of opening hours for me to help her.Tell me if I'm wrong but when a a sign says close at 9pm does it mean the doors are locked 15 minutes prior to?

Just wanted you to tell you what an unpleasant experience I had in your store this afternoon, February 16/23 at the Home Health Department; 74 Kent Street W in Lindsay. The sales representative was extremely rude and unhelpful. As a senior I was distressed with her attitude and lack of service.

Shoppers Drug Mart used to be one of my favourite stores downtown. With the addition of the self check out there, I am feeling like I am pushed to use them. I always purchase multiple items there but for some reason they send me to the self check station. Although they do scan my items, I wonder why we do not use the regular check out counter?? I have asked them and the response is they are trying to reduce the line. I can't help but think if they had 2 cashiers there wouldn't have been a line up.I don't like to use the self check or be encouraged to. I like to see and speak to the cashier.

Totally blown away by the staff at the pharmacy especially Christine. She went over and above to make me feel welcome and redid all my paperwork because of a part that was overlooked. She was amazing friendly warm and caring. The pharmacist who did my covid vaccine was also the best. I didn’t even feel it. So far no side effects either. Thank so much to all the staff at the pharmacy today u all were truly amazing.

Came in here and the old crabby, always unhappy lady who works at the front when you first walk in, is very ignorant. I came in with my mom and she was so concerned about me wearing a mask. I mentioned I'm not wearing one and she says pardon me" like as if I was rude and lashed out at her and told me I can't be in the store. Treated me like I was a little kid and couldn't even defend myself verbally. She just wanted to tell me off and have me say nothing. Too bad. So Sad. I gladly walked through the store and left right when I came in. Shoppers uptown is not the same rude treatment."

I find this shoppers a better one to shop at in Lindsay, much more helpful and friendly. Much preferred over uptown shoppers drug mart!Edit, bad experience next time with lazy workers who wouldn't budge and stared us down like we're evil for not getting out before closing. Very judgemental looks not necessary.

Lately when you want to go thru the checkout not a self checkout no one is there! Not to be rude but you should have someone up at front at all times not being rude and you can’t buy lottery tickets and you can’t use cash at a self check! Self checkout are useless and it takes away peoples job!

Where do I start.. first off the building is in poor shape .then you enter the store and your addressed rudely when you first walk in.. the store is very poorly maintained.. very dusty on many products... Items on sale with no stock.. sale sticker from 3 weeks ago still on the shelf.. unprofessional and untrained staff.. closes 15 min early.. can't find employees to help with customer service.. If you are shopping in the store a employee with follow you around as if your stealing from them.. Employee will take you to self check out to purchase your items.. not a good experience every time I'm in the store... I wish the manager would address these issues.. I'm in the store at least once a week. Worst customer service in Lindsay On.

Shop here all the time for my needs, plus every Christmas for the wife's gifts. This year (I again) purchased the regular brand of perfume, along with a heating blanket replacement.. As it turns out, my wife has ample supply of the same perfume, also she had replaced the broken heating blanket. Since I did not have my invoice, I brought with me a copy of my credit card statement CLEARLY showing both purchases with the amount paid. This STORE will not refund me....giving me a SAD story that unless I have my invoice a refund is not available. SHAME on you the almighty SHOPPERS DRUG MART. NEVER again, will I shop here, there a other competitors in Lindsay that would welcome my loyalty. You may have robbed me of my refund, but you will lose much more in the long run. Enjoy my money.....
