We had a great sales experience with Jason and Jacuzzi. We didn't have much experience with hot tubs but after reviewing many of top brands and discussions with Jason, we were convinced that purchased right product. Everyone at the location seems to be very helpful. The installation went very smooth, they put tub exactly where wanted. Tough going getting down side of house as big slope but wasn't an issue. We are very thankful for all of the help Jason provided and still provides us!

Bought my tub in 2017. Been using it daily. The customer service from the shop is next level. They provide free water tests, filter cleaning, plus great advice to deal with any issues. This fall, after a major power surge in my neighbourhood, my tub stopped working. They got a repair person out within a day, and even through I was a few weeks past my warranty, they did not charge me for the replacement part or service… that is how you get a customer for life!

Me and my partner were looking for a Jacuzzi and came across this place. I met up with one if their salespersons Jason who was excellent at explaining everything! We Absolutely fell in love with one of the hot tub here ! It is now sitting in our backyard and I have no regrets. The delivery also went very smoothly and he had explained how to take good care of our hot tub. It was super easy to understand! This was one of the best purchases I have made in a while! Thanks everyone at Jacuzzi!

We recently bought a hot tub from Jacuzzi on St Mary’s Rd. Jason the sales rep was fantastic. His pleasant, non pushy attitude was appreciated and he was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions so we felt confident in our decision to buy our hot tub there. The delivery and install went smoothly. We love our new hot tub and would definitely recommend working with Jason and buying a Jacuzzi hot tub.

We bought a Jacuzzi J470 hot tub 3 years ago from Jacuzzi Hot Tubs of Manitoba. Whenever we had any issues, the service department responded on site same day. It doesn't matter if it's -40, Warren, Ben & the rest of the service crew are always there for us when we need them. The charges are reasonable and fair. Going forward, this level of service is why we will only deal with Jacuzzi Hot Tubs of Manitoba for all our Hot tub needs. Thank you guys! A++

Our salesperson (Jason) was very helpful and provided all the information we needed to make our purchase decision. The service department was accommodating and answered a number of pre-delivery questions. The hot tub was delivered a month ahead of schedule, and the installers were very quick and professional. Jason's follow-up after the sale has been much appreciated as well. Great company to deal with!

Warren (service) made sure the delivery of our hot tub went smoothly and has been very attentive to all my questions. The purchase went fairly well. Not all staff were aware of the sale and what was included, I guess a happy surprise when I went in again to purchase" the stairs and found out they were included. However Jason is very knowledgeable. We love our (first) tub and use it almost everyday. Delivery was quick compared to other companies. I would give a 5☆ review but we had a couple of small hiccups in the whole process. I feel we were overcharged on our tile floor
