Do not use this location! Went to pick up the trruck and there was no one on site. The app was a complete waste of time. Finally contacted support and got logged in to pick up truck went to the key box and NO KEY! Support found me another truck and had to drive to Ajax to pick it up. They did offer a larger truck for the same price of original. As an update after an email Uhaul gave a full refund for the cost of my rental. Definately great customer service.
