Kerry. With vinyasa flow style of Hatha yoga as the foundation of all of our classes, we teach power yoga, beginners yoga, vinyasa flow yoga and we are also focus on prenatal and mother and baby yoga. Personal yoga tuition is also available on request.

Nave Yoga has been a game changer in my Yoga practice. Elaine, Adrian and their team are so professional and welcoming. There isalways a friendly warm welcome for every student.I recently completed my 200 hour training and I can honestly say it's the best experience I've ever had. Each student is given 100 percent attention and guidance to ensure they become the best they can be, whatever stage your at on your Yoga journey.I couldn't recommend Navé Yoga enough. It's a fabulous place with extra fabulous teachers ♥️♥️♥️♥️

Elaine is a fantastic teacher. Her classes are energising and fun, and although you've worked hard you somehow come out relaxed. I highly recommend!

Elaine and Adrian have managed to combine professional and friendly in the most special way. They adjust each class to the ability of everyone in the room, never making anyone feel like a class is beyond them. There love and passion of yoga shines through in all classes. I wish them every success in their beautiful new studio and coffee house and look forward to practicing with them again in the near future.
