The Vacuum Source Repair

We have a Beam vacuum cleaner( love it ) and was having intermittent problems. It was a difficult problem to assess but through methodical expertise and a sense of humour solved the issues using a warranty that paid most of the cost (7yrs into 14 yr coverage ) I would recommend this company to anyone.

If I could give a 10 star rating I would. My trusty Electrolux vacuum cleaner is near death so I decided to start using my built in vacuum cleaner which I’ve never used since moving into my home. On inspection, I realized that the pieces required to hook a bag up were not installed. I looked online and called numerous companies and no one stocked the parts. When I called the Vacuum Source they knew exactly what parts I needed and they had them in stock. When I was there they explained to me (in detail) how to install the missing parts, bags as well supplied me with sone high quality horse hair brushes and a sock cover for the hard plastic hose. When I got home, I was able to repair the system and get everything up and running. Went from not liking the system, to really liking it!!

If you ever need repairs on a Beam Alliance system this is the place to come to -hands down! Not all repair shops know how to troubleshoot and repair a Beam Alliance. Lois and Tom (siblings) were extraordinary helpful and so approachable. They showed that my central vacuum assembly not incl the wall mount system was working fine and there was something wrong with the wall mount unit -mostly likely a full bag and needs a reset afterwards. Tom showed me how to reset the system. Tom and Lois were super friendly people who runs a good business and not out to take advantage of anyone. Tom is a jokester but serious in giving you fair and honest assessment.I truly appreciate their helpfulness and their know-how. As mentioned earlier-not all repair shops have the knowledge to repair this particular model -Beam Alliance. You see I had went to a previous store to get my central vacuum -power brush, wand etc repaired but they did not fix it but charged for diagnostic-and suggested that I spend over $600 for a new one. The other store did not have a clue on how to repair a Beam Alliance system apparently. Tom does.

Called ahead to ask if they sold belts for the brush roller. They said yes but bring in the model number. In my haste to clean before my partner came home, I did not get the model number. I brought in the belt and the gentleman who came out essentially eyeballs the belt instantly. After his coworker came out she was fairly confident he had it right. I was warned that without the model number it wasn't a for sure fit and gave me some testing tips before starting it up.It worked like a dream, basically turned a free weak" vacuum into a powerhouse.Highly reccomend as they were quick
