Great Canadian Oil Change

Was waiting in line should have been the next person to get an oil change, more people came to line up, someone came out to tell the new people who showed up not to park behind me. No one came to tell me to switch lanes until I went in and asked what was going on, he said oh no one told you, the car in that bay is still gonna be worked on for a while and to get in behind the people that came after me. I had already been there for 45 mins waiting and now they wanted me to line up behind the people who came after me who were informed of the wait in my line so I left.

This location is super busy, but super fast. The attendants are professional and well trained. Our company brings all its service vans here for regular oil changes. The price is fair. The bathroom on site is modern and well maintained, as is the business itself. If you are in the area and need a good oil change for a decent price then I suggest you go here. Access in the back can get annoying if you need to leave the line, aside from that there are no complaints.

Be aware! Guys threw in the wrong size filter in my 5.0l Mustang - never again.

Took my 2018 Tacoma there and they couldn't get the oil filter off so just changed the oil. I had to go to the Toyota dealership and they said it wasn't on too tight and came off fine. I called Great Canadian Oil Change back and they said they have standard tools so that may be why they had the issue. They wouldn't compensate me for the costs. Won't go back.

Great experience! We tried earlier in the week but it was busy but went back this morning and we were right in. Glad we went back for another attempt. My son joked about it taking long but it was actually very quick and efficient. The convenience to be able to stay in your vehicle as a mom of 3 little kids is ideal. The staff was all super friendly and helpful. Will definitely be going back.

Fairly quick service and reasonable price for a basic oil change. They weren't too pushy with the add-ons either. Recommend

I have gotten my oil changed here twice and I am happy to say I will ONLY be going here from now on. Both times the staff were knowledgeable, friendly and fast! I showed up tonight just after they closed and they welcomed me in without question. Nobody was upset or grouchy about staying late, which was crazy to me because I would have been very grouchy. I recommended this place to 3 of my family members after my first visit and they were all really impressed as well. They were especially sweet and helpful with my 72 year old mother who was very nervous about driving in over the gaping hole in the floor. The person helping her told her I make you do it yourself to prove to you that you can" which I thought was amazing. This place is great and I'm so happy I found it."

Had a really great experience with Dana. He was very knowledgeable, not pushy, and helped me out tremendously. Everything I can ask for in an oil change. This is why I keep coming back to these guys every time.

Lost my buisness! I’ve been going here for roughly 7 year for 5 vehicles. This morning I allocated 2 hours to get an oil change done. After driving there there was 1 car infront of every door. I waited for 15 min and a car drove in bay 1 so I took their place. Nobody came out, nobody spoke with me. After 2 vehicles came in they were let know park in bay 2 and bay 3. Both vehicles went in that were there when I got there. After that I waited. It was a total of 1 hour wait. I. That time 2 more cars came and I was confused when they told them not to park behind me. Still nobody spoke with me and I’ve been there for an hour. Now I’m in bay 1. And there are 2 cars in bay 2 and bay 3. When they opened bay 3 and let a car in that’s only been there for half hour I decided to go in. They were raising the vehicle infront of me on jacks. When I allocate 2 hours for a 20 min job that’s one thing, I expect it. After the process I watched this morning I’m done with this company. Prior to the name change there were literally no issues. I spend about $1500 a year per vehicle in this shop but this place won’t see another dime. What a joke and waste of time. So after getting home 2 hours later my 20 min oil change is done… by me. I’ll drive the extra 5 min to go somewhere else anyway. Pick wisely.

Had 4 mr lube’s tell me that they had my oil and filter and to come in for an oil change when none of them did. After 3 hours of wasted time and driving, I came across this place.Russelle was so great, he confirmed my oil and filter first. Did a great and quick job, checked everything else too. My new go to place
