popped into an open house a couple days ago in my neighbourhood and was shown around by seamus. he was very knowledgeable, funny and overall pleasant to converse with. although i’m not currently looking to purchase, i do look forward to hopefully working with him again in the future.

Jonathan Katsiris uses this platform to mislead customers for the financial benefit of himself and his Mike (Manuel) Katsiris. An explanation of my experience would be unethical and misleads customers through dishonesty. This group will openly lie about their intentions, increase your rent 30%+ with almost no notice and steal your security deposit for made up reasons. After all of this, if you even ask a question, be careful as you might be assaulted like I was. Please feel free to contact me for documented evidence of my experience and a video of me being assaulted for asking a question. My advice is to avoid this business at all costs.
