Premium Fence Company was absolutely everything I respect in working with a contractor. To begin, they responded to my request within 24 hours and from there all future communication was professional, clear and in writing. No surprises. Their structure from start to finish was seamless. Our lead installer Sergio and his assistant showed up exactly as scheduled. They cleaned up after themselves and didn’t leave debris and leftover materials for us to deal with. The wrong gate was accidentally sent and they scheduled it for the end of the week which turned out to be Good Friday. I truly felt they must have scheduled that in error and they wouldn’t show up. I was very wrong. Simon showed up and finished the job! I can’t say enough about how pleasant my experience was dealing with Premium Fence. Lastly, and also very important, our fence is beautiful!
