Poor business hours, not willing to accommodate shift workers.

Would recommend any potential renters to steer clear of renting from Jessie and this company. After a year of being good tenants, always paying rent on time, cleaning the property before inspection, we were treated with disrespect and attitude during our move out inspection by the manager, Jessie. They then proceeded to take more than $500 from our damage deposit for “carpet cleaning” which is quite excessive for a property that was cleaned already. They took more than the 10 legal days they have to provide a summary of accounts. Clearly only in the business of lining their own pockets and taking advantage of good tenants. Stay away.

If I could give Zero stars I would. The most unprofessional business I have heard about in Fort McMurray for rental properties. Do not use this company as they do not accommodate to shift workers and are very rude when dealing with customers and working around their work schedules. Keep up the good work with disappointing your customer base and good luck renting houses in an economic down turn.

Hey guys! Just thought I should forewarn any potential tenants working shift work in Fort Mac to not waste anytime here and search elsewhere. This group operates ONLY on Mon-Fri business hours and will flat out refuse to meet with potential tenants outside of their typical 8-5 window. Tried comprising and meeting halfway with this group and was blatantly told to look elsewhere. The company rep was very rude, abrupt, and did not seem to care about scheduling.Extremely disappointing. Will pass along this to my close friends in the Fort McMurray area.
